i've worked in education and wellness for the past twenty-plus years, as a teacher, a principal, and therapeutic school director, and a one-to-one mentor. i hold a master's degree in education, and several credentials in the edu-space. i've had the opportunity to contribute to national publications and television shows, and authored two books -- the assertive parent and recover[edu]. for the past several years i have dedicated my time to working one-to-one with some of the most fascinating people in north america. with over ten years of sobriety, i created and co-hosted the top-100 podcast sobriety uncensored -- which was retired in 2024, and regularly share my story on instagram. there's more, but we can get there when we meet.
